Re-Apply

Whether or not one attempts a reconsideration on one’s refused application, sometimes re-applying with a fresh application is the only solution available. When reapplying, the applicant must address every concern that was raised by the Visa officer on the previous refusal. Any information or document that was either missing or incorrectly provided must be rectified along with an explanation of the same on a Covering Letter.

Sometimes it is prudent to go for a re-application because the applicant’s personal, professional, or education-related situation has completely changed from the time the previous application was submitted. In such a case, although one is submitting a Fresh application, one must still focus on the factors that caused a refusal on the previous application.
