Intra Company Transfer Program – (C12)

Under the C12 program, business owners operating successful businesses in other parts of the world can expand their businesses in Canada by transferring key company employees to set up and manage the business in Canada. Such employees and potentially even company owners can move to Canada through an LMIA exempt (under Code C12) Work Permit and use this Work Permit to gain Canadian Work Experience that could eventually pave a path for their Permanent Residence.
